Vice President, Business Analyst

This Business Analyst role supports growth and innovation initiatives within the Operations & Analytics department, focusing on enhancing wealth management operations. The analyst will drive operational efficiency, leverage analytics, and partner with various teams to deliver data-driven solutions. They will act as a strategic advisor to improve efficiency, scalability, and client experience by identifying and implementing new strategies.

Requirements

• 7-10 years’ experience with business analysis involving large complex projects
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in project and process management
• Fluent in multiple technology systems (Snowflake, PowerBI, Seismic, Salesforce, Addepar preferred)
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Proactive problem-solver
