Vice President, Business Analytics

We are seeking a dynamic VP Business Analytics to lead our business analytics team and promote data-driven insights across the organization. This strategic role will be instrumental in shaping our business strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering measurable business value.

Requirements

• Advanced academic degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Business Statistics, Operational Research, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in a Business & Data Analytics role within the insurance or financial services industry
• 8+ years of management experience in a leadership role overseeing data analysis and visualization deliverables
• Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL and Python
• Experience working with and integrating 3rd party data, preferably for commercial insurance
• Experience with developing and implementing advanced analytics, forecasting, predictive models & ML in one of the following areas is an advantage: pricing, underwriting, sales & distribution, customer/agent engagement
