Scrambly is looking for a Senior PPC Manager to lead their paid search acquisition across Google and Microsoft, scaling the channel into a stable, profitable, and automation-driven growth engine. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience and a proven track record of scaling paid search budgets in the high six-figure range with maintained or improved efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Proven experience scaling paid search budgets in the high six-figure range with maintained or improved efficiency
- Strong understanding of value-based bidding (ROAS/revenue optimization)
- Track record of designing and implementing automation
- Strong analytical fluency across advertising and product analytics platforms
- Comfortable operating with imperfect attribution and delayed revenue signals
- Fluency in English (B2+)
