Senior PPC Manager (Google)

The successful candidate will own and scale the company's paid search acquisition across Google and Microsoft, with a focus on Google Ads. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, a strong understanding of value-based bidding, and a proven track record of designing and implementing automation. Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
• Proven experience scaling paid search budgets in the high six-figure range with maintained or improved efficiency
• Strong understanding of value-based bidding (ROAS/revenue optimization)
• Track record of designing and implementing automation: scripts, rules, monitoring systems, and workflows
• Strong analytical fluency across advertising and product analytics platforms
• Comfortable operating with imperfect attribution and delayed revenue signals
• Ability to clearly explain performance drivers and scaling mechanics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
