Requirements
- At least ten years of experience in financial analysis or credit evaluation
- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field. Master's degree preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Business Banking Services and the Bank's credit policies and procedures
- Advanced skills in financial analysis and accounting, and risk evaluation
- Detailed knowledge of guarantee documents, legal implications, and recourse
- Strong leadership skills to lead a team of approvers and credit approvers and Business Credit Service managers
- Good understanding of intermediate markets and national accounts to make credit decisions and follow economic trends in the Quebec market
- Bilingualism (English and French) is mandatory, and excellent communication skills (oral and written) are required
