Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field
- 7+ years of Quality Engineering experience and in-depth knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java or Javascript), frameworks, and utilities (e.g. Selenium WebDriver or WebdriverIO)
- 2+ years of experience as a Quality Engineering Lead
- Experience with AI
- Experience with API testing (preferably using Postman)
- Experience of leading teams to encourage both individual and collaborative innovation
- Detail-oriented approach to testing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence decision making across stakeholders
- Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive and resilient personality - Able to embrace feedback and have a desire for continuous iteration and improvement
