The right person for this position is responsible for all administrative and personnel-related matters and answers questions from employees on company internal and collective bargaining agreement related guidelines and arrangements.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the commercial field, preferably with a supplementary qualification in the personnel department.
- Professional experience in a comparable position.
- In-depth knowledge of individual and collective labor law.
- Safe handling of MS Office/Google Workspace and ideally first knowledge of SAP systems.
- High degree of service orientation, empathy, and organizational skills.
