The Personal Liaison is responsible for being the point of contact for employees and management team for personnel guidelines, agreements, and regulations. They manage employee data, working time records, and training measures, and represent the training coordinator as needed.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Additional qualification in HR area (e.g. personnel clerk)
• Practical experience in personnel care
• Labor law expertise and time management knowledge
• Experience with common office solutions (Google Workspace) and SAP HCM
