Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager for our Hong Kong office to lead our Operations team and orchestrate a seamless end-to-end experience - from initial pitch through delivery and post-sale support to complaint resolution - across the APAC region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain within multinational environment, leading teams across warehousing, logistics, and/or technical services
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is preferred but not required
- Proven track record in managing technical contractors is an advantage
