NORIT Activated Carbon is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to lead and oversee their operations in Glasgow, Scotland. The role involves ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high quality, safety, and compliance, and supporting long-term planning aligned with business objectives. The Operations Manager will lead and improve operations through continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Leading Operations Department (~35 FTEs)
• Reliable and predictable operations to ensure OEE excellence
• Ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, SHE, and regulatory standards
• Support of transfer of manufacturing technology and systems
• Define long term capital needs and support capital budget development
• Develop site KPIs and manage performance and career development
• Management and improvement of costs
• Strong analytical skills
