Construction Estimator Project Coordinator

This construction estimating project coordinator will be responsible for reviewing project scopes, analyzing plans, performing takeoffs, creating cost breakdowns, and maintaining estimating standards. The role involves client communication, collaboration with subcontractors, and improving project execution workflows. This position is remote and based in TELECOMMUTE.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably in residential remodeling.
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Skilled in JobTread and other estimating or project management software.
• Experience with CAD, 2D/3D drawing, or takeoff tools (AutoCAD experience preferred).
