Construction Project Estimator

The Construction Project Estimator will bridge the gap between sales, design, and production, producing accurate, timely, and competitive estimates for both residential and commercial projects. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience and proficiency with estimating/project management software. The Estimator will be responsible for detailed quantity takeoffs, subcontractor/vendor bid management, proposal preparation, and maintaining estimating systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of combined residential and commercial construction estimating experience (required)
• Proficiency with estimating/project management software
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and cost factors
• Proven track record of producing accurate, competitive estimates
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of construction methods and materials
