Sales Development Representative (SDR) - US Solar Startup. Full-time remote position for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate and qualify new business opportunities across the company's core practice areas.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales Development, or similar lead-generation role.
- Advanced English (C1/C2) and fluent Spanish are mandatory.
- Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
- A hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to proactively source new business.
- Strong sense of ownership, highly coachable, responsible.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate technical value propositions clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and experience using CRM software.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fully remote environment.
