Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales Development, or similar lead-generation role
- Advanced English (C1/C2) and fluent Spanish are mandatory
- Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
- A hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to proactively source new business
- Strong sense of ownership, highly coachable, responsible
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate technical value propositions clearly
- Strong organizational skills and experience using CRM software
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fully remote environment
