Scale is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to establish customer relationships, drive revenue, and maintain quality standards for customers utilizing its Gen AI Data Engine. The role involves managing key customer operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving account consumption. The ideal candidate is customer-driven, analytical, and empathetic, consistently delivering exceptional results.
Requirements
- 4-9 years of total work experience in consulting or B2B client-facing roles
- Associate / Senior Consultant / Engagement Manager role at a Big 3 Consulting Firm
- Ability to understand APIs and the ML training lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
