VideaHealth is an AI-powered dental solution company seeking an AI Engagement Manager to lead and nurture executive stakeholder relationships with enterprise customers. The role focuses on strategic account planning, collaboration with customer success, and driving revenue growth through renewals and expansion. Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in management consulting and/or as a customer success manager
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent messaging and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Analytical skills to interpret data
- Fluency in health tech and/or AI applications (plus)
