Executive Assistant

Saronic Technologies, a leader in defense autonomy at sea, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the founders. The role involves calendar management, communication, documentation, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense management, and handling confidential information, ensuring the smooth operation of the startup and enabling the founders to focus on strategic growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a startup or technology company
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Attention to detail
• Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of the defense industry and government processes is a plus
