The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs.

Requirements

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Act as a liaison between executives, team members, and external partners.
• Support board meetings, investor updates, and other high-profile engagements.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Oversee office operations and inventory.
• Coordinate and book domestic and international travel.
