Job Description
Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced maintenance technician for their Capriana at Chino Hills community. This is a maintenance-focused position with opportunities for growth within the property management industry, offering rental discounts and competitive pay.
Requirements
- Experience in all trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in performing quality work and using required tools.
- High school diploma or GED, technical school, or three to six months of related experience.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends.
- Read and interpret service orders.
