Job Description
Sares Regis Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for their 232-unit community, The Pierce in San Jose, CA. The position involves maintaining various building elements, responding to maintenance requests, and performing repairs. The company has a strong presence in the commercial property management industry.
Requirements
- Experience in all trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements and MSDS
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends
