Community Manager

We are growing -- come join our team! Sares Regis Group is a privately held real estate development, investment and management firm seeking an experienced Community Manager for 216-unit community, FountainGlen Terra Vista.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Community Manager
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills and leadership/supervisory skills
• Excellent sales skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Knowledge of operations software used at the property level
