Community Manager

Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a 260-unit community in West Covina, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall supervision and performance of the property, including hiring, training, and developing a competent team, managing daily operations, collecting rents, and implementing marketing plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Community Manager of 200+ units
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills and leadership/supervisory skills
• Excellent sales skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
