The Community Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and performance of the property, including hiring, training, and developing a competent team, managing daily operations, and reviewing and analyzing monthly performance.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Community Manager
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills and leadership/supervisory skills
• Excellent sales skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area
