Assistant Manager

Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced property management professional to work at our beautiful 389-unit community, Atheria at West Grove. The Assistant Community Manager will assist in the training and development of the team, review daily rent recommendations, collect current and delinquent rent, and complete or verify completion of accurate and timely weekly reports.

Requirements

• 1 year of related property management experience
• Ability to pass fair housing exam
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Knowledge of operations software used at the property level
• Current driver's license and auto insurance
