RN Case Manager - PRN

Sanctuary Hospice is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide hospice care to patients and families in the Columbus area. As a Hospice RN Case Manager, you will plan, organize, and direct hospice care, while interacting with patients, caregivers, families, and other team members. Requirements

• Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting.
• Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including background in EMR.
• Possess and maintains current CPR certification if required by state.
