Sana is a health plan solution built for small and midsize businesses that aims to make healthcare easy. We're seeking a Senior Recruiter to own our talent acquisition function as the sole TA professional.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, preferably in high-growth startups
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, including senior/executive hires
- Strong stakeholder management with track record of trusted advisor relationships
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Lever preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience tracking recruiting metrics and using data to inform decision-making
