Sr. Business Technology Support Specialist I

Samsara is hiring an Onsite IT Specialist to join our IT team! As a member of the BizTech Helpdesk team, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and assisting users with their technology and access.

Requirements

• A college degree in a technical program (Computer Science, Information Systems, or other STEM field), or relevant job experience.
• Minimum 1 years of experience working onsite supporting employees in an IT environment.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS (G Suite, Slack, Zoom, Okta, etc).
• Basic networking experience
• Strong spoken and written language skills.
• A passion for learning and doing new things in a fast-paced environment.
• An affinity for working with all things electronic.
