Job Description
Samsara is hiring an Onsite IT Specialist to join our IT team. The role involves troubleshooting and assisting users with their technology and access, enabling our people to stay online, connected and do their best work.
Requirements
- College degree in a technical program (Computer Science, Information Systems, or other STEM field) or 4 years relevant job experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience working onsite supporting employees in an IT environment
- Experience with enterprise SaaS (G Suite, Slack, Zoom, Okta, etc)
- Basic networking experience
- Strong spoken and written English language skills
- 8:00-5:00 Monday - Friday availability and occasional off-hours support for urgent technical issues or special events
