We're seeking a Senior Sales Quality Analyst to join our Sales Quality Programs team, responsible for driving strong sales outcomes and building a sustainable quality function and culture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, Management Consulting, or Program Management experience
• Proven track record launching transformational quality projects
• Ability to ramp up quickly on business priorities and derive insights from data
• Excel at building trust and communicating effectively with stakeholders
• Poise under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and process improvement skills
