Platform Data Operations Associate(French)

We're looking for a collaborative, passionate, and upbeat person who will support our internal teams and customers by driving business value through the adoption and expansion of Salsify across their organizations in a “hands-on” techno-functional specialist role.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French
• Good relationship management and communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with working in a global environment/culture
• A logical approach, data-driven, excellent organization skills with a tendency toward looking for ways to drive operational efficiency and process improvement
• Results and detail oriented
• Ability to work with our clients, understand their needs, and translate them into deliverables
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple activities and streams at the same time and work effectively under pressure, providing solutions in a tight deadline
