Requirements
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out
- Handle bookings, emails, and phone calls with a professional and personal tone
- Collaborate with housekeeping, breakfast, and other staff to ensure a smooth guest stay
- Inform guests about the hotel's history, facilities, and local gems in Lysekil
- Contribute to developing our guest experience and service culture
- Think creatively and help with simpler marketing, social media, and ideas for visibility
- Encourage upselling and get guests to stay a bit longer, book more, and experience more
