We are looking for a receptionist & server/serveress to work extra hours at Grand Hotel Lysekil. The job involves welcoming and assisting guests, handling bookings and emails, and contributing to developing our guest experience and service culture.
Requirements
- Good sense of service and likes to meet people of all ages
- Responsible, structured and comfortable with having many balls in the air
- Natural sense of hospitality, sales and solution focus
- Likes own initiatives, is idea-rich and dares to come up with proposals
- Interest in marketing, social media and content
- Fun to work in an environment with a vintage feel, history and charm
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Good computer skills and is quick on the keyboard
