Job Description
SA Hospitality Group is seeking a FOH - Host Person to welcome, greet, and seat guests at our Felice 83 Upper East Side location. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a host and be able to work as part of a team.
Requirements
- Greet guests in a prompt and courteous manner
- Promote teamwork and quality service
- Answer phones and provide guests with requested information
- Clear and reset tables
- Handle guest complaints and special requests
- Assist with other duties as assigned by restaurant management
