Senior Software Developer (AI Energy)

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our team at S&P Global Energy. As a Senior Software Developer, you will lead architecture and help define enterprise and application architectures centered on data modeling and frontend applications. You will also work on developing products for the Horizons group, utilizing APIs, information models, and interoperability frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 3+ years’ experience in application development (including application architecture)
• Strong experience in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs, SQL & NoSQL databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments
• Experience integrating APIs, third-party services, and modern frameworks
• Strong Java/C# and SQL skills
• Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test-driven development
• Experience working in cloud computing environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience in Snowflake, Databricks, and Google BigQuery
