As a Dealer Relations Manager, you will build high-level relationships with dealerships, provide exceptional customer service, and drive the adoption of our product. You will work with a team to implement processes, train dealers, and manage day-to-day relationships. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service in a luxury automotive retail environment, with a strong understanding of CRM tools and technology.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years professional experience working in sales, marketing or customer service in a luxury automotive retail environment
- Significant experience working with CRM tools and are at ease with technology
- Ability to travel 80%-100% within the region and nationally as needed
