Commercial Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Business Analyst to join our Sustainable1 Commercial Enablement team. The team plays an integral role in identifying requirements, designing frameworks and process management to empower our commercial teams to excel in their workflows. The Commercial Business Analyst will define requirements and optimize crucial data sets and business processes, document current and evolving business processes, and conduct research and requirements gathering among stakeholders. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, technical proficiency in data visualization tools, and experience in process mapping, workflow improvement, and iterative solution development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data science, computer science, engineering, or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience related to business processes, preferably in a commercial or business enablement environment
• Technical proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau required)
• Ability to build and modify basic SQL queries
• Solid understanding of database concepts, schema structure, and CRM platforms
