Business Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to collaborate with price reporters, collect requirements, conduct thorough analysis, and manage successful releases that empower S&P Global Energy to disseminate extensive data and authored content through various delivery channels.

Requirements

• Engage with price reporters to gather and clarify business needs related to methodology changes.
• Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Map processes, identify inefficiencies or gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Manage backlogs, facilitate scrum ceremonies, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Deliver second-line support, perform root cause analysis, and ensure business continuity through issue resolution.
• Design and refine scalable, efficient workflows that align with business goals.
