Maintenance Supervisor

We are immediately hiring a Maintenance Supervisor (forklift) in Berea, KY, for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Ideal candidate will have the leadership skills and technical knowledge to manage a group of (5) forklift technicians.

Requirements

• Lead shift start up meeting to communicate daily/shift goal of facility and work group(s)
• Participate in the Hiring process, train, cross-train and supervise hourly or SNE employees in the assigned work group(s)
• Provide leadership for employees through in depth training and continuous review of employee understanding of policies, procedures and processes
