Operations Supervisor

We are immediately hiring an Operations Supervisor to join our Ryder Etna, OH Team. The Operations Supervisor is responsible to supervise, coordinate and oversee the logistics operations and provide coaching, development and training to the staff members. The successful candidate must be able to provide recommendations for improvements to the facility, equipment, machinery, and processes.

Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred
• 0 to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required
