We are immediately hiring a Maintenance Manager in Houston, TX for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of conveyors, schematics, forklifts, high-voltage electrical, motors, hydraulics, and general mechanics.
Requirements
- Repair of all equipment, machinery, electrical and power systems, and building systems to insure uninterrupted services and operations.
- Recommend and plan maintenance programs and work schedules to minimize equipment 'down time.'
- Install and repair equipment, and train employees on how to maintain machinery and perform trial run of machinery to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications.
- Manage facility layout changes throughout the building, including setting up conveyors, racking, relocating machinery and equipment, etc.
- Assures that safety and security measures are established and implemented.
- Assist a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
