Requirements
- Train and mentor crewmembers for on-the-job training.
- Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities on assigned contracts.
- Monitor quality, efficiency, and employee turnover.
- Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment.
- Identify and diagnose plant disease and insect problems.
- Diagnose and treat plant palate diseases.
