Job Description
The Field Manager – Landscape Maintenance is responsible for managing labor and material for assigned contracts, developing employee talent, and maintaining quality and cost control. The role requires collaborating with other landscape management field managers and enhancing field managers to achieve branch goals, including successful job renewals and low turnover of crew members.
