Job Description
RubinBrown is seeking a Manager, Assurance Services - Private Equity & Commercial to lead engagement teams, oversee client relationships, and deliver high-quality assurance services. The individual will play a key role in managing multiple projects simultaneously, coaching team members, and driving client satisfaction, while contributing to the growth of the practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA required
- 5+ years of progressive audit experience, preferably with Private Equity / Business Combinations
- Strong knowledge of current audit and accounting concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Word
- Experience with paperless audit platforms (e.g., ProSystems, CaseWare)
- Proven leadership, supervisory, and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex client needs and deliver high-quality service
- Commitment to mentorship, training, and professional development
- Willingness to travel as needed
