RubinBrown is seeking a Manager, Assurance Services - Private Equity & Commercial to lead engagement teams, oversee client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality assurance services.

Requirements

• Manage and oversee assurance engagements for Private Equity and Commercial clients, ensuring compliance with RubinBrown Client Service Standards.
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and engagement teams, serving as a primary point of contact throughout engagements.
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of assurance staff, fostering professional development.
• Monitor budgets and engagement performance while identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
• Review financial statements, disclosures, and work papers for accuracy and adherence to accounting standards and firm policies.
• Support practice development by contributing to technical training and knowledge sharing.
