Job Description
RS&H is seeking a Water Resources Discipline Lead to join their Infrastructure team in Tampa, Florida. This leadership role involves leading a team of engineers focused on the delivery of high-profile transportation and infrastructure projects in Southwest Florida. Responsibilities include leading the development of a water resources discipline, overseeing projects, managing client relationships, and driving operational excellence.
Requirements
- Active, good-standing Professional Engineering license in the state of Florida
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 10+ years of progressive water resources engineering design experience
- Experience leading and designing stormwater management for transportation-related infrastructure
- Proven experience in providing technical guidance to staff
- Proven experience in business development including client relationship development, proposal writing, and presentations
- Demonstrated project and budget management skills
- Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental engineering business principles
- Exceptional organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Microstation Open Roads Designer
- Proficiency with Drainage Design Software (ICPR, HY-8, HEC, etc.)
- Professional demeanor and ethical standards
