Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots of multifamily buildings. The role involves completing grounds work, thoroughly cleaning breezeways, executing basic landscaping, and conducting preventive maintenance activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One to three months related experience and/or training
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite
