Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots of multifamily buildings. They will perform tasks such as cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance, while ensuring the property is kept in top-notch condition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One to three months related experience and/or training
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite
