We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced people lead with an in-depth analysis background to join the Senior Lead Analyst team. Our business focuses on aligning colleagues, applications and projects for our Long Standing customer and Annuities value stream.
Requirements
- Leading both individuals and teams
- Expert Knowledge and experience of Analysis
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Communicating complex concepts and articulating principles and drivers for change
- Delivering projects in both an Agile and Waterfall methodology
