Senior Business Analyst

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Business Analysis role in delivering a major, multi-year transformation that will transition outsourced administration and servicing back into Royal London. The role involves driving our success by providing valuable insights and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Takes ownership of medium to more complex change initiatives
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with stakeholders and the team
• Proficient in workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, NFR's, current and 'to be state analysis'
• Thoroughly analyses processes and data, presenting well-considered options for consideration
• Defines user acceptance criteria
• Works independently, following BA processes and using the BA toolkit effectively
