Job Description
As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for the operational excellence of the company, translating the company's strategy and vision into measurable results. You will lead the areas of Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Care, and Operations, and optimize OKRs company-wide to increase fulfillment rates. You will also be responsible for making data-driven decisions to scale the company within 3 years from 8- to 9-digit scale.
Requirements
- Leadership experience as VP, Managing Director, or comparable, with OKR-based teams
- 5+ years of e-commerce experience, ideally D2C in the startup / scale-up / SME environment
- Experience in optimizing processes and costs, especially in Supply Chain and Finance
